4. Consultation Booking

The free 15-minute consultation offered through this website is a brief phone conversation to help determine if our services may be a good fit for your needs. It does not constitute therapy, assessment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee availability or create a client-therapist relationship. Jeanette Kievit reserves the right to refer prospective clients to other providers if the fit is not appropriate.

5. Confidentiality of Communications

Messages submitted through the contact form on this website are transmitted via email (Formsubmit.co) and are not encrypted end-to-end. Please do not submit sensitive medical or personal information through this form. Confidential communications should take place within the secure TherapyNotes portal after a client relationship has been established.

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Thrive Trauma Therapy and Jeanette Kievit and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
